All Royal Oak Surgical Associates surgeons are certified by the American Board of Surgery.  To qualify, each surgeon completed at least 5 years of intensive training in a General Surgery residency and successfully passed written and oral examinations.  All maintain current certification by the Board through recertification every 10 years. 

All 4 surgeons have been recognized for many years in a row as Hour Detroit Magazine Top Docs. 

All 4 surgeons have completed specialty fellowship training after residency.  Our patients benefit from this depth of training from national and international leaders in surgical disciplines of abdominal surgery, endocrine surgery, advanced laparoscopic / robotic surgery, and bariatric surgery.  Our office provides 24/7 coverage for urgent questions and emergency needs.
